Scott M. Klein has been working with investors since 1997. A graduate of Syracuse University, Scott focuses on new business development and marketing for The Klein Serro Financial Group. Whether it's a client appreciation event or an educational seminar, Scott develops programs that further client relationships. He also works with clients' CPAs and attorneys to ensure that all of a client's advisors are working together on their behalf.

Scott maintains Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as an insurance license. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife and two boys.


Vincent Serro

Vincent Serro started in the financial services industry in 1993. A graduate of Hofstra University, Vincent maintains Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, as well as an insurance license. 

Vincent works with clients to craft an investment strategy to pursue mutually agreed upon goals and objectives.  Portfolios are created using the principle of asset allocation.  As a result, clients will have a plan and a disciplined approach to investing that can be measured against relevant indexes.  Vincent regularly meets with clients to review portfolios to help ensure that goals and objectives are being achieved.  Adjustments are made to investment strategies if market conditions or changes in goals and objectives occurs.

Vincent and his wife, Lara, reside in Mount Sinai along with their two children.   Vincent is active in the community as a member of the Mount Sinai Civic Association.  In his free time, Vincent enjoys golfing and fishing.
